PRICE CHANGES:
Merchandise is invoiced at prevailing prices. Prices subject to change without
notice.
FREIGHT:
Shipments are via best way.
Free shipping applies to the continental U.S. For shipping outside of the continental U.S., we will call you with the additional amount you will be charged.
RETURNS:
Custom designed and made-to-order items require immediate payment in full upon ordering.
Because these items are hand crafted especially for you, Louise Antoinette Designs,LLC cannot accept returns of made to order items. All sales are final. Orders may not be returned unless an error on our part has been made.
Freight damages must be reported immediately. All cartons and packaging materials must be retained for inspection by carrier. Damaged merchandise will receive priority attention and be replaced as soon as possible.
SAFETY/LEGAL MATTERS:
All of our products are made with the utmost concern and care for consumer safety.
We cannot, however be responsible or liable for the misuse of the products we supply.
Chandeliers should only be installed by a licensed electrician.
All products are tested and in good working order when shipped. Bulbs and electrical wires should never come in contact with a material that could cause a fire.
We assume no responsibility or liability with respect to the use or misuse of goods we supply and shall not be liable for damage of any type, whether direct or indirect ,whether by design, defect, or otherwise.
Our liability is limited solely to replacement of defective merchandise to each person who is a buyer or consumer with respect to the stated product.
No consequential damages will be assumed nor are any implied other than the warranty stated.
SPECIAL NOTES AND COURTESIES:
Our collection is individually hand crafted.
No two pieces will be exactly alike only adding to the uniqueness of you special purchase.
Embellishment such as lace, beading and floral may vary.
PLEASE ALL HANDMADE ITEMS MAY VARY SLIGHTLY IN SIZE AND COLOR.
